These are all backwards, but you get the idea. This week was also winter vacation for us (yes, we get spring break AND winter vacation, we will sorely miss both when Matt goes to BYU!) so Sunday and Monday night we stayed in a cabin (really a house) up North that belongs to Matt's great aunt. It is right on a lake which is frozen over right now. We went up with Matt's brother John and his family and we had a ton of fun. They have 4 kids, their youngest is Luke who is just 4 months older than Regan. His favorite pastime was pulling her hair but they did fall asleep together while Matt was pulling them around in a tube, it was the sweetest thing.
How they could possibly fall asleep outside is beyond me, but they did! We loved hanging out with the other McEvoy's and loved the cabin but we were very glad to sleep in our own bed again Tuesday night! And Regan was so worn out she slept most of the next day which was a welcome break for me. She has become a lot more mobile. She somehow learned to climb stairs even though she is hardly ever near stairs she can climb so the whole time we were up North she and Luke were trying to climb the stairs. We put a chair in front of them but it didn't take her long to figure out how to climb over it! She is really fast at crawling now too and gets into EVERYTHING she isn't suppose to, I think she has a 6th sense for things she isn't suppose to touch! Her other exciting development is she is getting better and better at walking! Until today she hadn't walked more than 5 or 6 steps at a time but this afternoon she was really working at it and would go half way across the room before falling. I am sure she will be a pro by the end of next week. She is growing up too fast!!! But, I am finding that I am excited for her future; I can't wait to play dress-up and tea parties with her and put her in dance and gymnastics and teach her to read. She is one amazing little girl, I am so happy and lucky to have her and to be her mommy, I love my baby! Happy birthday Regan!!

Super cute Jen, you are such a good mom! I hope I can be that creative when I have kids! :)
Just buy a Martha Stewart cupcake cookbook! Or borrow one from your mother-in-law like I did :)
