I cannot believe it is already 2011, I have a 10-month-old, and I have been married for 2 1/2 years! Time is such a funny thing. In a day it seems like it is moving so slow but then you wake up and can't believe how fast the time has gone. If there is one resolution I want to make and keep it is to spend my time more wisely. I am definitely a time waster and I know one of these days that is going to come back and bite me in the you know where!! 2010 was a really great year. Of course the obvious reason is because I got to meet my sweet little Regan and have enjoyed getting to know her. She has really become such a funny, sweet, smart, fun little girl. I think I might cry on her birthday because my baby is slipping away and becoming a toddler. I held my newest nephew when I was visiting my family in Spokane. He was only a couple weeks old and I was in awe that my daughter was ever that small and that STILL! She is such a mover and is into EVERYTHING. Her favorite activity is pulling everything off the shelves and dropping it on the floor, especially her books. I think I pick them up at least 3 times a day. And yet I laugh every time she does it because she just looks so cute! Hmm, I really didn’t mean for this to be a post about Regan, I guess she has just been on my mind since she is turning 1 so soon. I do love her to death though and am so happy to have her. I’m still working on getting a sibling for her but my husband is still not cooperating, I will keep ya posted on how that develops, haha! The only other news is that we are very likely going to be moving to Rexburg, Idaho this fall. Matt wants to go to BYU-I and we will be a lot closer to my family and friends. We are excited about the idea of being around other LDS people our age, there just really aren’t very many around here. We do love it here and love living close to Matt’s family and will probably end up building a house here when we are ready to settle down; but for now we feel like the ideal place for us and our situation in life is at BYU-I. It will be difficult making it happen since it is so expensive to move, but we know it will be worth it in the end and it’s the right thing for us. Anyway, enough of my blabbing. The other reason I wanted to write this post was to brag about my new found sewing abilities! Here are pictures of the Christmas presents I made for my family this year.

Apron for my mom.

"Lovie" for my newest niece and a matching hair clip.

Aprons for my nieces. I made an apron for each of them and a matching hair clip.

Apron for my sister-in-law.

"Lovie" (or security blanket) for my newest nephew.

Love the new look of your blog-way cute pics at the top. And I am so impressed (and jealous) with your newfound sewing abilities! Maybe someday I will delve deeper into it but I just don't the time/energy/desire/focus/ect. Can't wait for you to make something for my new little one ;)
Love and miss ya, xoxo
